My Teams Best Bets - View Other Record Owners?

The way our sales team is set up in SFDC, all leads are owned by the sales rep. The inside rep assigned to that sales rep doesn't own any leads. Is there a way for the inside rep to see their assigned sales rep's "best bets"? The role hierarchy in SFDC is that the inside rep reports to the sales rep. I know that we can change the record owner to be the inside rep, however, that's not an option for us. Hoping there is still some way they can still see their assigned rep's leads... Thanks!

If they are setup as "teams" inside SFDC, you should be able to use the "My Team's Leads" filter to setup and create any view that you'd like.

Are these the account teams in SFDC or opportunity teams?
