Naming Convention / Sales insights

1. Is there a limit to the number of characters we can have in a naming convention? Especially when it appears on sales insight?

2. Can the naming convention be customised for sales people, so it shows friendlier version in sales insights?

3. Any good examples or screenshots on naming convention when it comes to how it appears in sales insights and reporting on email campaigns?

There are several threads on naming and on my site.

The challenge in MSI is actually FOLDERING because it follows whatever you did in Marketo, which is often confusing to Sales. I suggest placing MSI emails into a single program and folder at the top level.


As for naming. use clear names. Use clear descriptions so Sales better understands.
