Need Help with RTP Script Error on Production Environment

Hello Marketo Community,

We are currently experiencing an issue with our RTP script in the production environment and need some guidance to resolve it. Despite the RTP function being present on Windows, it consistently returns the error: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'get')".

This issue only occurs in our production environment and is not observed in other stages. We have tried basic troubleshooting, but the problem persists. Here are two screenshots that illustrate what we're experiencing.
