New Email Editor: Bring Back Advanced Image/Table Properties

The new email editor has stripped out many of the options that used to be under Insert/Edit image. There is no longer a way to add inline CSS to an image unless we go into the source code itself. To access table properties, we have to hit the "more" button. It is only 1 extra click but it does get a bit tedious after a while and this is the first time I've used the updated rich text editor.

I think both of these options should be available without being under "more".
