We are excited to announce some important updates that were released to Dynamic Chat this month that we think you’ll find useful.

Chatbot Events: Leverage more detailed behavior data for web visitors such as time on page, time on site, and page scroll percentage to define when a Dialogue should be shown. Learn more.

PDF Embed: Increase engagement and share meaningful content by embedding PDFs into Dialogues and measure content performance through engagement activity tracking. Learn more.

Exclude URLs: Control which of your webpages Dynamic Chat appears on with the ability to exclude specific URLs from targeting criteria. Learn more.

Change Stored Value for Mapped Attributes: Store a different value in the database than what is being displayed to visitors in the chatbot for mapped attributes in Question card. Learn more.

Extended Language Support: The Dynamic Chat user interface is now available in French, German, Japanese, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean, Simplified Chinese & Traditional Chinese. Chat Dialogues can also be configured in these languages. Learn more.
