I just created a new Tag in our instance, and was wondering how long until it is able to be viewed in RCE. I remember years ago it took 24 hours for fields to be visible (after shared with RCE), but don't remember tags length. Thanks!
RCE pulls data from a separate database which syncs with Marketo’s primary database 1x every 24 hours (typically at the night). Though not explicitly mentioned (AFAIK), I’d slide with the same time (24 hrs) one would have to wait for the new tags to sync over to the RCE. Has it been over 24 hours from the date/time you created a new tag and can’t see it still? I’d also do a small test to verify this in my test instance and post an update here. 🙂
