No source/reason for program status change in activity details

Hey all-

I have a lead who's AP has been cleared because it was removed from the program. I'm trying to figure out why it was removed from the program, however, there is no source or reason for the program status change in the activity log and it doesn't list a campaign either.

Any ideas as to what may have caused this lead's program status to be changed?

Yes- if it was removed from someone on the sales team via the sync, would it still not show up as sfdc as source?
