No Web Page View After Clicking Link in Email

I have a situation where someone will click a link in an email to go to our website but even though the link is clicked, the web page visit doesn't register. Do you know why this may happen? Below is the activity log and the details for an email we sent out today. (I also have the filter set to none).

Search the Community for "link scanner" or "mail scanner" and you'll see the most likely reason.

An alternative reason is the person is running anti-tracking software that blocks Munchkin.

Thank you Sanford.

This link was helpful - Email was clicked before it was delivered? It's a link scanner

As a follow up, do you know if a link scanner would click all the links in the email? If so, could you run a campaign that looks for people that have clicked every link of an email and exclude / remove them from a list?

It certainly will if it's doing its job.

Clicking all links is the logic behind Marketo's recent attempt to combat the problem: they add a dummy link (in addition to the ones you author) and if that one gets clicked they discard other clicks from the same IP.  I have no idea if it's actually helping and frankly think it's misguided.

If so, could you run a campaign that looks for people that have clicked every link of an email and exclude / remove them from a list?

In theory, but "Clicked All Links" is not a filter type and you'd have to build it out manually.
