Not Influenced after campaign triggered by Email, but only on Landing Page

Hello, I' m new to Marketo and I try to do some exercise with trial training course. I have a problem: after triggered campaign and user clicks on email button, then in the Campaign the user's state not update in "influenced"; this is only happens in Email but not in Landing Page.

I hope that I can explain clearly the problem.. Thanks in advance to you all

Answered above.

 

You need to setup a smart campaign to change program status.

 

I personally don't believe a click deserves influence.

I have already set up the smart campaign and also the Change Program Status option in "Influenced" but it doesn't work. maybe there is some missing passage?

Are you saying you have a Smart Campaign that triggers on "Clicks Link in Email" which works, and you have a Smart Campaign with "Clicks Link on Web Page" that doesn't work? Is that click on the web page visible in the Activity History of your test person? Like this?
