Nurture / Engagement Program

Hi,

I just want a step by step process of building an engagement program in Marketo. I know Marketo has a video.

Is there a PDF or some website that explains the steps with screen shots.

Also, what should be the steps in the Nurture channel under "tags"?

Nimisha

Nimisha,

Marketo Product Docs are a great resource: Understanding Engagement Programs - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation

As for tags, it is entirely up to your use case based on what the nurture program hopes to achieve ("success"). But here is another resource that explains a bit more: Create a Program Channel - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation
