Omit Deleted/Inactive SFDC Campaigns from Marketo Instances

For ease of operations, I'd like to be able to (or automatically) have deleted (and inactive) SFDC campaigns not available to be synced to Marketo programs. Viewing deleted SFDC campaigns makes it harder to find the current ones I'm looking for without creating errors when syncing to my Marketo programs.
