On24 Engagement Hub On-Demand Form possibilities

We are looking to implement On24 into our org. One of our requirements for On-Demand events is to be able to gate the content via a centralised form; ideally catering for multiple languages (one central form per language). On24's Engagement Hub does have this available BUT only for one language and visibility rules are not available on the On24 form. 

We are currently looking into our CMS possibilities (Sitecore) to see if we can use a Marketo form ID to overlay the Engagement Hub, but I would like to know whether other Marketo clients have had similar requirements and if any workarounds have been achieved to date?
