Is it possible to link one Marketo instance to two seperate instances of Salesforce?

No, there is a 1-1 and forever relationship.

What are you trying to do? There may be ways to deal with this

Thanks Josh!  That's what I assumed.

We are a sales and marketing outsource agency and have a client that wants to connect their Marketo (which is connected to their internal SFDC) with a version of SFDC that we use for the client.  

Not a big deal. Thanks again!
