One report of all leads registered for an event - broken down by event

We have several event programs with registrations (status change) in each.

I have been asked to create a report of all registrants, by event and send this through daily to the events team. I would prefer this to be automated. Also the lead has the ability to enter the number of guests they would like to bring with them. I would like this to be included in the report as well.

Thanks

Simone

Hi @Simone Du Toit,

This could be done in Revenue Cycle Analytics very easily. See screenshot below, you would just have to make your field for number of guest visible to it as well.  Do you have it as part of your licence?

For the other way which you could do within the standard program you will need to create a smart list with the set up below.  In the people tab you would edit the view to show the fields you want.  This does not allow you to add program name to the view though.  As a way around it you could create a new field and when someone signs up for an event you could have a flow step that writes the name of that event in the field and then pull that field into the view.

The only thing with this is that if they sign up for two or more events in 24 hours they would only show up once in the list.

Thanks,

Gerard
