Onetrust Cookie Consent not allowing Marketo forms to load

hey all,

on https://www.robertwalters.fr/confiez-nous-vos-recrutements.html we have onetrust cookie consent running - when a user consents, the marketo form embedded on that page functions ok.

However when a user doesnt consent, the form doesnt appear at all! Having looked at other discussions here i cant see any reason for this occuring. Any ideas? Onetrust seem reluctant to discuss how they implement Marketo on their own site (it doesnt seem to show up in their own cookie consent settings!)

It's impossible to troubleshoot now because your page doesn't even pop up the consent prompt. Nor does it have a form:

we're still seeing this issue on the sites - so for example:

robertwalters.it/approfondimenti/consigli-di-assunzione/e-guide/mental-health-and-the-remote-workplace-e-guide.html

when you load in incognito mode and reject cookies the form doesnt appear, when you allow, it does.

In Onetrust i've uploaded screenshots of what cookies its seeing from Marketo.

any ideas?

It's not the cookies. It's that your OneTrust has an (almost comically intrusive) rule in the file OtAutoBlock.js that deliberately breaks Marketo forms:
