Outages section in the community
Hi Guys!
Recently had an issue with email deliverability which looked odd so the first place I jumped to was the community to see if there was any notification of some kind of outage/issue.
After a few days, I had a response to my post on the community about the error and it was discovered and fixed days ago but no notification was sent/accessible even though it had longer term effects on my campaign. This outage had a fairly major impact on a couple of my clients and I think it would have been important to receive / be able to look-up some form of notification instead of just discovering that something was wrong through trial and error...
So my idea is to have a section in the community where we can go to see if there are any outages that could affect our campaigns. I wouldn't expect to see EVERY support request in the section, but things like "Brief email outage caused by a temporary spam listing - resolved within 2 hours, please check your active campaigns because you may receive false spam bounces" could have worked in this instance.
Warm regards,
Nora
