Preview email templates when creating a new local asset - hover over instead of pop out

I'd love to be able to see a small preview of each email template when I select a template instead of having to click and open a new tab to view the template.  Either hover over the preview link or show a small thumbnail in the preview window.

    I completely agree! I was just going to create an idea for this! It would be very helpful for users who have multiple templates with just minor changes!
