Program Member Custom Field Object in Subscription

Hello.

I am using Program Member Custom Field Object which I use to capture Program utm_source, Program utm_campaign, yada yada for what brings a registrant in for that specific webinar. What I would like is the ability to add these Program Member Custom Fields to Smart List so I can automate sending out List Subscription Report....OR....I would like the ability to create a List Subscription Report from the Program Member tab (which contains the Member Fields I would like in my List Subscription).
