Program member data fields should show program name

I created a new field for program member data field since that’s a new feature. The activity log data doesn't say what program this field is being changed on. Weird right! How are we supposed to tell what program the field was changed on? Instead, it shows the program that the campaign lives in that is changing this field. That does us no good. The activity log just shows the program/campaign that changed the action, but not showing the program that the action was done for.

I read all the documents about it and I thought it was program specific, not person specific. If it’s program specific, shouldn’t the program name be there?
