Programmatically adding Predictive Content

I need to be able to add a lot of content to our Predictive Content collection. I can't seem to find an API for it anywhere to be able to add items in bulk. Does anyone know of some API documentation they could point me to or have experience adding content in bulk? So far all I'm aware of is the form to add pieces one at a time or Auto Discovery which is a bit buggy, seems to pick up rich text titles and then it's not able to process the item without edits.

I don't think there's an API to add the predective content in bulk - AFAIK you only have an option to add the content manually via the UI.
