Public URL to a newsletter

It would be nice to be have a public URL of a newsletter/a campaign, which can be shared internally or on Facebook.

Obviously, the public URL should not track any clicks on the URL's in the newsletter, but each link should still redirect to the individual URL's if someone click on a link.
