Pulling in Salesforce contract data

Hi all,

I followed the directions from this documentation to sync the Salesforce Contract object to Marketo.

However, it does not appear to be working. I thought that when I built a smart list and used Has Contract, it would pull in all the contacts associated to an account with a contract. Is that correct? If so, is there something special I need to do with the constraints? I can't seem to pull in active contracts with a certain product only.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
