Push Notifications doubts - How to

One of my customers is looking for the following to achieve in Marketo

1 - How to modify at profile level, to allow resend push notifications again, is there any flag, how to do that? 

2 - How to unlink the devices from a profile and redefine again to which devices resend a push notification again, test perspective.
