Qualtrics Survey Link in Emails

Hi,

We have a Qualtrics survey that we'd like to link to in a Marketo email. When I send myself a sample of the email, the link doesn't work, and it isn't the same link I inserted. It's a Marketo email URL. When I go to edit the email, it's the Qualtrics link, though. How do I get the link to work? Is it not working because it's just a sample email?

Thanks!
Jen

The link should still be working. Marketo will just redirect to the original link.

Hi Jen, you can use the class mktNoTrack on that link to prevent Marketo from adding the tracking, if you find that the tracking is breaking the link. The downside to this is that you won't know who clicked the link, but you will probably find that out using any metrics that the survey provides.
