Query Regarding Frequency of Marketo Hits on Auth Endpoint for Self Flow Step Service Configuration

Hi All, 

We have configured the service provider in self flow step service using oAuth2 as security.
How Frequently the Marketo will be hitting our auth endpoint in 2 cases.
Case 1: whenever there is lead data flow / trigger.
Case 2: whenever we refresh the picklist manually.
