Radio Button Validation message is not showing

Hi There,

I selected the Radio button in my form and make it a required field but when I test the Form on LP the Validation of the message is not coming even I tried custom validation but when I approve and close it, again it changed to Standard validation Message.

Can someone please help me here?

Are you able to post a link to a live page that's using this form?

 

If it's a Marketo LP, the LP needs to be reapproved each time you update and approve the form.

If it's an embedded form, there's sometimes up to a 5 min delay before the new version of the form shows up on the page.

 

If you've approved the LP or waited 5 min for the webpage to update w/ the new form, it'd be easiest to troubleshoot this from a link to a live page.

Can you please share the LP URL so we can have a look?

 

Also, if you've added this form on the Marketo LP via the form element, I hope you'd have approved the LP as well after the approving the form.

Might be there some scripting or loading issue, please check your assets again.
