Registration Error: API Error

Has anyone gotten this error below when registering for a webinar? We have a webinar coming up and I did a test registration (which I have done successfully in the past). I tried my work email and two personal emails but I received the same error every time. 

 

One of my co-workers tried to register and was successful. 

 

Any ideas on why this error is occurring / how to fix this error?

Like Amy says, it’s on the webinar side, but I bet you can find it in the webinar setup itself. Some vendors have a “don’t allow free email addresses” checkbox built in.
