Remove from List Campaign not working

Hello ,

I have set below campaign to remove the user from the list when the user clicks the link in email. But, the user is not removed from the list.

I don't know what's wrong with this. Could anyone please help me?

Please show an Activity Log entry, including its Details popup, that you expect to trigger this campaign.

(Also note triggering important actions on clicks is extremely risky as there's no guarantee the click was made by a human.)
