Removing non-openers of multiple emails

I want to remove people who receive 4 emails but do not open any of the 4 emails from the Nurture stream before they get the 5th email. What's the best way to do this?

I set it up to

1) Was sent <4 emails listed>

2) Not opened <4 emails listed>

constraint - 1 time

Will this work or am I missing something? I don't think this is really working.

1) Was sent <4 emails listed>

2) Not opened <4 emails listed>

I assume from your phrasing that you only used one Was Sent and one Not Opened with the multiple value chooser on each. That won't work. For the Was Sent you'll be checking if they got any of the 4, for example. You need to use individual filters and Advanced Filter logic.

So I need to say

Sent EM 1

and

Not Opened EM 1

and

Sent EM 2

and

Not Opened EM 2

and so on?

I'd say this is a reliable way to ensure that all emails are considered. Although, I have seen examples recently when these filters do account ALL values, but haven't used it as a direct combination of filters and advanced filter logic is more reliable. Would be great to know if we have observed the filters account for all values?
