Rename the Opportunity field "SFDC Created Date" to something more neutral for Dynamics and Custom integrations

I am currently working on a custom integration and the standard Marketo field for an opportunity's creation date is displayed as "SFDC Created Date" in the UI. This is confusing since we do not have a Salesforce integration. I think the field should simply be "CRM Created Date" or "External Created Date" or even just "Created Date".
