Report of all active Smart Campaigns?

Hi everyone, I looked through the community but was unable to find anything on this topic.

Does anyone know how to get a view of all active trigger + batch Smart Campaigns? I was thinking the Marketo Calendar might be able to have a view but I tried various filters and channels but none of our operational trigger or re-occurring batch campaigns were showing up. Just our events, webinars, email sends were appearing (which are all a "one time" campaign).

We're trying to catalogue everything currently running or re-occurring as there have been many Smart Campaigns created overtime we're trying to keep track of and make sure duplicates aren't being created.

Marketing Activities > Campaign Inspector - gives you lists of all campaigns and the ability to filter types.
