Report On Segments

I am trying to create a report/subscription on our Marekto segments -- .e.g., how many people do we have within a given segmentation? I want this report go to out monthly.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what report I can use for this?

Hi Josh,

You are making a confusion between lead performance and email performance.

Lead performance is a simple count of leads that you can group by any field or segmentation. So it will give exactly what Stephen is looking for. And it will be easy to schedule it on a monthly basis.

Actually, i see in the standard reporting tool that this is possible using a lead performance report.  Then go to setup and group by segment.

But he wants to report on the count of people associated with each of the segments rather than the email performance of the segments.

At least that's the way I read the question.  Only thing I can think of is replicating the smart list values of the segmentation into a smart list to get the count.  Use a folder structure to keep all the segments in line.

Not the best of answers but that is all I can think of currently.

Yes, Josh is correct. I am looking to create a report that will give us an

updated count of all people within a segment at all times.

I will see if replicating the smart lists that way will get me what I

need.

Do you have RCA?  Or just standard reporting?
