Report with Open/Click of emails along with lead names

I want to create and subscribe to an email performance report where I measure the open/clicks of the emails but also see the lead name who opened/Clicked. Is there is a way in which we can do this?

One way you will be able to do this soon is with the "subscribe to Smart List" functionality that is being released this month (http://bit.ly/1N2mR5K​)

Outside of this, none of the existing analytics reports provide views where you would be able to see individual leads in the report.

PS the official October release date is 10/16 -- hang tight 'till next Friday!

    I'm looking fwd to this release as well.  Smart list subscriptions has been a long time coming.  I'm also excited about the URL-search for landing pages =]
