Reset demographic score to zero but new scoring isn't applying

Hello! I realized that some demographic scoring fields were set to update 'every time' and contacts had compounding scores that were astronomical. I reset demographic to zero and restarted the scoring program to give them their new 'correct' score. However, the new score isn't populating, they are still at zero.

 

What did I do wrong?

In addition to Sanford's comment, also do realize that if you now changed your Schedule settings for every lead to only be able to go through the flow once, everyone who has previously gone through the flow multiple times will now no longer go through it.

Can't answer for sure without seeing your actual Smart Campaigns. But bear in mind that a trigger SC will not replay.
