Resetting a time delayed email

Hi All,

I am creating a Smart Campaign in an email program that involves an email waiting 25 days before it is sent. During that 25 days, is there a way to have the system reset that counter to start over if a certain data value changes? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Yes, you can use Request Campaign to restart them.

Be careful to not overuse Request Campaign, but if your conditions aren't met often (whatever # that means in your instance!) you'll be fine.

Yes, you can have a separate SC listening on Data Value Changes that runs Remove from Flow on the other SC.

Can you then put them back into the flow again to start over?
