Resetting First Cast Date for Engagement Programs

Our team needs to change the first cast date of our engagement programs to reset the cadence and get the programs on the same schedule.


What are the implications of this?

Will it affect the overall engagement programs score?

Hi Christine,

The first cast date is not linked to the cadence in any way.

You could set the cadence to every week on Monday and have the first cast be on a Friday. This first cast will be on Friday, after which the cadence picks it up weekly on a Monday.

And also,

It will not reset the list of who has been receiving which email. So even if yo have changed the start date, if members have already received an email they will not receive it again.
