Resource funnel development

Hi guys,

This year, I have built out some funnels that send a series of emails after a user downloads a given lead magnet from our website. They have been successful in generating some leads and the open rates throughout are quite good.

I really want to mature these funnels and continue to optimise them further, however, I'm a little unsure where to go next.

I'm open to engaging with a 3rd party that has the expertise to be able to make recommendations in this space. That way, we will see results quicker while allowing me to learn from them. However, just wondering what everyone's recommendations would be? There's so much you could do/ try. What should I be reading/ watching? Who should I be asking?
