REST API associate lead keeps return | error code => 1003 , message => Cookie value does not look like Marketo cookie

Anyone come across a similar issue?  Cookie looks identical to the example cookies I have found.  Just keeps returning this error.  Here is basically the cookie being sent.  id:562-HYG-937&token:_mch-mysite.com-1514900103558-72852 just switched up site and instance ID
