Retroactively running through Triggers

Hi - question/clarification!

If we have an active trigger that is listening for web page visits, and an unknown user visits that webpage and then 2 weeks later they fill out a form and become known, will the original trigger fire retroactively?

In other words - will MKTO know that this user visited the webpage, and run them through the trigger once they're known in the system?

From what I've read, it seems like it is possible, but I don't know the full extent of these capabilities.

Yes, selected trigger actions are "replayed" when a session is promoted from anonymous to associated/known.

Do you know if this works for "Add to SFDC Campaign" flow steps?

It does not.
