Revenue Cycle Model - unable to edit

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to edit a new revenue cycle model. When I click to edit no window pop-ups and nothing happens. The other features work, such as previewing, wondering if there is a work around or if I should just submit a trouble ticket?

@Erik Eaton​ what browser are you using? Have you tried switching? These type of bugs sometimes occur for me in Chrome.  You either have to clear out your history or switch browser.  I have a Mac and swtich to Safari when things like this happen. If it then loads, it proves its a browser / caching issue.

did you block pop ups?

is it in Approved w/ Draft?

    No pop up blocker, and its a new model not approved.

    I'd make a ticket. I do recall having a similar problem once using Safari or Chrome. One worked, one did not.
