routing leads through partition

Hi,

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/administration/workspaces-and-person-partitions/assigning-person-partitions-with-assignment-rules.html?lang=en&launch=undefined

 

the above document says “When using person partitions, set up assignment rules to route people created from your CRM to their respective partitions”

does that mean new lead coming from marketo website form to marketo will not be routed?

Normally, a person is assigned to the default partition associated with the workspace your form is created in. As @sanfordwhiteman indicated, you can reassign quite simply using a smart campaign flow step (assuming the smart campaign is in a workspace that has access to the partition involved).
