S-Controls should be removed from Marketo Sales Insights managed package

S-Controls should move out from the managed package for Marketo Sales Insight

Per Salesforce article, S-Controls have been a deprecated feature since 2010 and replaced by Visualforce. Although it is still supported by Salesforce Developer Support on apps crated prior Feb 2010 (i.e. Marketo Sales Insight), Marketo should have a plan on addressing this issue.  It shouldn't let the deprecated features tagged into the managed package and causes confusion.
