Sales Alert Qualification Rule

I've set a qualification rule (each lead can run through every 30 days) to a sales alert trigger campaign. Does this pertain to how often the sales team can receive an alert? Or how often a unique lead can be presented to the sales team via alert?

The answer in your case is yes. The frequency you've set prevents a lead from going to sales if they already did so in the last 30 days. Any leads that meet your sales alert criteria and haven't already been sent to sales in the last 30 days will trigger an alert and be sent to sales.

It restricts the lead record itself from entering that flow to once per 30 days. So the Sales Alert will also only go out once per 30 days.

Thanks Josh. To clarify, the sales team will continue to get alerts more than once every 30 days.?
