I am creating a demo request form. When a lead completes this form I want to send the head of sales an alert through a smart campaign.

 

I set up an email that basically says you have a hot lead that completed a demo request form. How do I include the details of that specific lead every time there is a form fill?

You can use person tokens in the alert - Tokens Overview | Adobe Marketo

@lindseyirvine ,

when you use the 'send alert' flow step, you can (in your alert email) reference all the lead values as per any other email.

 

Marketo recognizes you are sending the alert email in relation to the specific lead.

Are you using SFDC?

We have something set up like this for specific forms. Using tokens and the links are tokens too.

xxxxxx.my.salesforce.com/{{lead.SFDC Id:default=not available}}
