Sales Insight - Lead Feed Subscribe to Activity

If you click "subscribe" in the lead feed you are presented with the visual below...

Question(s)

1.) If I click the "web" radio button am I only subscribing to web activity for Lisa or all of my contacts? The same with "Visited multiple web pages in 1 day".

2.) I understand that by clicking the radio button for Lisa it adds her to my Watch List. If I click "Web" does it do the same and is it for just clicking Lisa? Does it still add Lisa to my Watch List and only track/watch her web activity?

It's any IM that's labeled as Web in your marketo IM flows.
