Salesforce Account field data not syncing to Marketo

We are syncing Marketo with Salesforce. All leads and contacts have synced across successfully, however all the Company fields are null in Marketo.

 

I have ensured that the Marketo User in Salesforce has full access to the Account object and all its fields. I've also logged in as the Marketo User and verified I can see the data.

 

The Account fields themselves have successfully synced across to Marketo but they're all null.

 

We have no errors in our sync log. Does anyone know what I'm missing?

 

In the below example I can confirm that the Salesforce Account has a billing address and when I login as the Marketo User I have visibility of this
