Salesforce Campaign Sync - Did not create campaign in SFDC

Hi,

I created a campaign in Marketo and under Salesforce Campaign Sync created a campaign but that did not create a campaign in Salesforce. What I am doing wrong, how can I check?

Few things that you can check upon:

     1. Does your Marketo-Salesforce Sync user has a licence that can create a campaign or not.

     2. Is there a pre existing campaign with the same name.

     3. Salesface campaign Sync usually takes time sometimes up-to 2 hours; i would suggest you to wait and then check.

If still it is not creating a campaign then raise a Support ticket.
