Salesforce report link in marketo smart list

Hi,

 

Every week i am sending  same email and segment keeps changing everyweek.

So I have a Salesforce report which get updated on weekly basis. and the same report member is my audience for marketo mailers.

Is there any process, by which salesforce report directly sync with my marketo mailers, so i need not to update my audience every week.

Are your SFDC and Marketo instances synced?

If so, is the criteria used in your SFDC report available in Marketo?  If that is the case, create a smart list (or smart campaign) based on those criteria and use that for the email.

While, this may not be an OOTB capability of the native sync process in case the fields you’re using for reports are not synced with Marketo but you can certainly do this via third party/custom integration solution that could pull data from a Salesforce report and then use the Marketo API to add it to a list maybe for sending out the emails. You can also leverage the Marketo-SFDC campaign sync where-in you can add applicable people to the SFDC campaign which then gets sync with the corresponding Marketo program, there are triggers/filters in Marketo that can enable you to curate the the SL filters for sending out the emails.
