Salesforce sync

I am new to Marketo, but just set up the Salesforce sync which worked great for getting names into Marketo.  How do I get it to go the other way?  For instance if someone registers through our Marketo form I am not seeing their names in Salesforce.  Is there something I must do to enable this?

You should post this under Discussions instead.

Wendy is right, you need an explicit sync lead step for entirely new leads that only appear in Marketo.

You should setup a series of lead lifecycle campaigns that help do this based on triggers such as a Lead Score threshold or something else you and sales agree on. If you want everyone in SFDC, then have a separate sync campaign:

Trigger: Lead is Created in Marketo
Flow: Sync Lead to SFDC "Auto Assignment"

Be sure you maintain your auto assignment rules. Do not try to do this via Marketo because it's not as efficient.

HI Darren,

You will need to create a smart campaign with the trigger of "filled out form x" and then select "Sync Lead to SFDC" in the flow. You can then select a specific person or use "auto assignment rules" from SFDC.
