Salesforce synchronization issue: some fields set to "null" after first sync

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with the Salesforce synchronisation with Marketo. Everything is set up correctly, however, after the first synchronisation of people's data, some fields are reset to zero or null.

Here is an example of the activity log of a person for who the problem occured:

After the SFDC action: insert, these fields were changed automatically.

Does anyone know the reason why? Has anyone experienced such problems?

Thanks for your help,

Vincent Mauduit

Bonjour Vincent,

Very likely the Marketo use does not have write access to the fields in question. SFDC does not take the update, but returns a null value. I can be because the Marketo user rights are not set correctly of because these fields are formula fields, for instance.
